"Rebuilding the connection between people and small businesses that care"
Overview #
What is Siumly? #
Siumly is a comprehensive customer engagement platform designed specifically for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). It provides businesses with the tools they need to build stronger relationships with their customers through digital interactions, loyalty programs, and personalized advertising.
It is almost never feasible for small businesses to access modern marketing solutions, like membership programs and targeted advertisements. The platform addresses this common challenge. By offering an all-in-one solution, Siumly enables SMEs to compete with larger corporations in terms of customer experience.
Current state of the project, Future expansions. #
The project is currently in iteration 0, awaiting the first deployment of the most basic features. These features include a system of two mobile apps, one for users and one for businesses, enabling the business to emit coupons to their customers, scan them to verify, and track their usage among customers.
After this initial testing phase, we plan to gather user feedback and iterate on core functionality before expanding to more advanced features.
Already considered expansions are:
- Algorithm based coupon emissions: Use real data to make sure you are maximizing return on the discount given.
- Relationship levels and Loayalty offers
- Buy2go system: order from the store remotely and pick it up.
- Advancements, cashback: and much more.
